TREXLERTOWN, Pa. \u2013 The Spring 2017 Red Robin Marty Nothstein Bicycle Racing League wrapped up last week with the annual Team Finals competition at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center. The night includes all four BRL teams competing against one another in mass start races for points to earn seeds for the round of Italian Pursuits, which decide the medals.<\/p>\n
At the end of the night, it was Team Smoke & Pepper who donned the gold medals. The team was comprised of Aadi Deshmukh, Neil Deshmukh, Gavin Lewis, Divya Verma, Divik Verma, Gabriel Carey, Maxwell Carey, Sawyer Svetcov, Sam Smith, Madison Berdini, Danielle Shumskas, Connor Murray, Noah Shumskas, Ben Morris, Liam McCary, Ansh Malik, Jenna Davis, Lewis Kopchak, Anja Thomas, McKenna Murphy, Francie Flores, Ryan Thornton, Jason Price, Jake Pugeda, Liam Price, Varun Pandian, Vanessa Romano, Elsa Brown, Ann Brown, Jethro Brown, Irene McGraw, Matt Henderson, Ella Henderson, Lucas Souders, Ayush Desai, Rohan Desai.<\/p>\n
Red, Red Robin\u2019s mascot, as well as Bolt, VPCC\u2019s mascot, were in attendance to help cheer on the newest class of BRL graduates. In addition to medals, each rider received a $15 Red Robin gift card.<\/p>\n
