Tickets are on sale Thursday, July 20 at 10:00am, at Ticketmaster<\/a> and the Miller Symphony Hall Box Office.<\/p>\n King Crimson <\/strong>was conceived in 1968, and officially formed in 1969, in the Fulham Palace Cafe, London (Fripp\/Ian McDonald\/Greg Lake\/Michael Giles\/Pete Sinfield), coming to prominence after supporting The Rolling Stones at Hyde Park.
