\nUnivest Insurance, a subsidiary of Univest Bank and Trust Co., announced the appointment of Jodi Krawitz as human resources (HR) practice leader. In her role, Krawitz is responsible for managing the agency\u2019s capabilities including comprehensive HR consulting services along with payroll administration and implementation. Krawitz and her team will function as strategic partners for their clients as they provide comprehensive solutions to save businesses time and resources, which will in turn help lower the companies\u2019 costs and increase productivity.<\/p>\n

A seasoned HR professional, Krawitz brings more than 25 years of experience to Univest Insurance. Prior to joining Univest, she was president of Gemini Consulting, LLC and worked in management roles at World Imports and CBIZ.\u00a0She graduated from Pennsylvania State University and obtained a Professional Human Resource Management certificate from Villanova University. Krawitz is a national member of the Society of Human Resources Management and National Association of Professional Women. She is a volunteer committee member for Susan G. Komen Philadelphia where she also serves as captain of the Philadelphia teams. Krawitz currently resides in Hatfield.<\/p>\n
