<\/a>Kate Pistone: Off-Off-Off-Off-Broadway<\/em> will take place on Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5 at 7:30 pm<\/span>.\u00a0 Her cabaret tells the story of a woman\u2019s love affair with New York City.\u00a0 Hear it unfold through incredible music that never made it to Broadway.\u00a0 \u201cI was particularly interested in finding music that never made it to Broadway,\u201d Kate said.\u00a0 \u201cI discovered so much wonderful music along the way! I feel like most of this music chose me. Rather than coming up with a theme and finding numbers to fit the bill, I found more music than I could use and carved out my story.\u201d Learn through song Kate\u2019s relationship with New York City: why she chose to go, what happened during her 12 years there, and why she ultimately moved back to her hometown. \u201cThere is a lot of sadness and struggle involved in this story, but there is also a lot of humor and hope. I was able to find a balance of different styles that touched many of the emotional colors in my journey. <\/a>Tracy Ceschin: What\u2019s Going On<\/em> will take place on Friday, August 11 and Saturday, August 12 at 7:30 pm<\/span>.\u00a0 Her cabaret will be filled with old favorites and signature songs from some of her favorite shows.\u00a0 Tracy has appeared in several Civic Theatre productions, including Carrie: The Musical<\/em>, Gypsy<\/em>, Titanic<\/em>, Godspell<\/em> and The Full Monty<\/em>.\u00a0 \u201cI am excited to share music that means something to me personally,\u201d Tracy said.\u00a0 \u201cEach song in my cabaret holds a special spot in my heart.\u00a0 This show spans a wide range of music and allows me to highlight different types of music that I don’t always get to perform.\u201d<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"http:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/broadway-cavalcade-150x150.jpg\")
