Civic Theatre of Allentown seeks a seasoned, focused, and highly professional full-time Development Director, responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies that meet operational, program, and capital campaign objectives for the organization.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have direct fundraising experience, excellent grant writing and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively multi-task, and be self-motivated and eager to take initiative.\u00a0 Familiarity with the Lehigh Valley philanthropic community is a must.<\/p>\n
