The City of Allentown Department of Parks and Recreation will hold a Doggie Dip this weekend at Mack Pool.\u00a0 Hours are 12pm<\/span>-to-4pm on Saturday, August 19<\/span> and 3pm<\/span>-to-7pm on Sunday, August 20.<\/p>\n The Parks & Recreation Department\u2019s Doggie Dip Events are an opportunity to bring man\u2019s best friend to the pool to cool off during the dog days of summer. Cost per dog is $4.00 for City of Allentown Residents and $6.00 for Non Residents. Proof of Residency is required to receive the Resident Rate.<\/p>\n All dogs must have a valid 2017 License and be up to date on all vaccinations. One handler in the pool per dog is recommended and any aggressive animals will be asked to exit the event. Monetary or dry pet food donations on behalf of the Lehigh County Humane Society will be accepted and appreciated.<\/p>\n Please note the updated date and time from the previously published Spring\/Summer 2017 Adventure Allentown Guide.
