It was an urban rough environment. My first exposure to fitness was my mom getting me the Hulk Hogan workout set in ’84 when I was 8. I’ve been into fitness since then. However, I put on some weight during my medical training. I ballooned to 270lbs. I saw an infomercial for Insanity and fell in love with the program. I then graduated to do P90X and also Shaun T’s next program called Insanity Asylum. I lost 50 lbs. I decided to become a fitness coach and earn more fitness certifications in Insanity, P90X, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Crossfit Olympic Lifting, CrossFit Mobility and Crossfit Strongman. I now primarily run a fitness coach business with Beachbody accepting new coach entrepreneurs now and also clients. I also work as an ER doc at Easton Hospital, Pocono Medical Center, and St Lukes Allentown. I’m a husband and father of 2, a 10y girl and 6y boy.

So pleased to introduce Dr. William Borde-Perry. He is well known and respected throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. He has the positive attitude and athletic ability that one tends to notice in a crowd, or in a crowded Emergency Room. His charisma and enthusiasm towards fitness and health are motivating. I asked him, as I do all professionals featured in this series; a variety of questions about his accomplishments, his goals, and what does he have to offer? What drives him in his career and future success? Why should you hire him? I’m most proud accomplishments of my continued success at working at different ER’s/health systems in the Valley. I am using my gifts the best way I know. Also of the relationship I have as a Dad. My 2 kids really appreciate what I do for them and other. I was raised in a poor urban community (Newark, NJ). I am also a graduate of Princeton. This helps me to relate all types of people. I hold multilple fitness certifications from CrossFit and Beachbody as on my resume. I am also an ER doc that works at multiple Emergency Departments. I’m also working on my nutritional coach certification….making me a triple threat for health and fitness (Doc, Instructor, and Nutritional Coach). I chose my profession because I love the Human Body and learning how it works so that I can fix it again. I bring the skill of rapport. I can talk to most people and connect with them.I love being a fitness coach because it is funny helping find their fitness and lose weight. I get to do all this while spending mulpI also love being an ER doc, since I love the varied people and conditions that I treat. There is never a dull moment. You should hire me because I truly have a love for improving your fitness. It’s a passion and love of mine. There is no one else out there that is very FIT…and a Doc….and a fitness coach…..and a nutritional coach (to be). Most importantly…I can help anyone to achieve their goals either as a future Beachbody coach or client!

William Borde-Perry MD Your Certified Beachbody Fitness Coach and Certified Level I Crossfit TrainWilliam Borde-Perry MD Your Certified Beachbody Fitness Coach and Certified Level I Crossfit Trainer/Coach 267-275-1353 http://www.beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/bordeperrymd Fitness Coach Certifications: P90X, Insanity, CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Mobility Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician Easton Hospital, Pocono Medical Center, St. Lukes Hospital Medical Director Easton EMS Squad, Sunny Ambulance, Mt Bethel QRS Squad Call anytime if you are serious about superior and natural health and fitness!er/Coach

DR.
