She will oversee the creative team, leading efforts in developing and driving creative vision for all of SWBR\u2019s clients, while also managing client relationships. With her vision, Dodenhoff will shape cohesive, compelling visual narratives that communicate client brand identities. She will also play a key role in nurturing and inspiring the agency\u2019s creative talent. Additionally, Dodenhoff will continue to develop agency branding and new business initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Dodenhoff joined SWBR in 2016 as senior art director. Her career in design spans more than 20 years, and includes experience in branding, print, web, social media and point-of-purchase marketing for clients. She has lent her branding expertise to clients in education, retail, finance and other industries. Before joining SWBR, Dodenhoff was a senior designer at Howard Design Group in Princeton, N.J. In this role, he will lead client communications and marketing strategy efforts to ensure that agency resources are maximized and campaign capabilities exceed client expectations. Walbert will support these objectives in addition to his current roles of providing account service and overseeing SWBR\u2019s communications department, which offers public relations and social media management services.<\/p>\n<p>Walbert joined the SWBR team in 2013 as senior communications specialist, before being promoted to director of strategic communications. He has more than a dozen years of experience in the communications and journalism industries. Prior to his time at SWBR, Walbert served as a senior communications specialist at TriWest Healthcare Alliance in Phoenix, and as a staff reporter at <em>The Arizona Republic<\/em>.
