QUEEN OF THE COURT OPENS OCTOBER 3<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Allentown Department of Parks & Recreation\u2019s Queen of the Court basketball program is a free seven week basketball fundamentals program offered to girls in fifth through eighth grade at South Mountain Middle School.<\/p>\n

Queen of the Court is for City of Allentown residents only.\u00a0 It is open to beginners as well as skilled players and runs from 6:30pm to 8:00pm<\/span> on Tuesdays and Thursdays from October 3 through November 16 under the direction of veteran coaches John Venus, Brandon Lister and Brittni Kholi.<\/p>\n

The practice setting is a fun and relaxed environment where parents are welcome to sit in the stands and enjoy watching their child participate.<\/p>\n

Queen of the Court sometimes features guest speakers.<\/p>\n

South Mountain Middle School is located at 709 W. Emmaus Ave. Allentown, PA 18103.\u00a0 The entrance to the gymnasium is on Church St.<\/p>\n
