BETHLEHEM, PA\u2014Grammy-nominated guitarist, composer and performer Tommy Emmanuel and comedian Ryan Hamilton are among the four new performances announced for the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, located at 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem<\/a>. Tickets for the shows go on sale Tues., Oct. 24, 10 a.m.<\/span>, to ArtsQuest Members and Fri., Oct. 27, 10 a.m.<\/span>, to the public at www.steelstacks.org<\/a> and 610-332-3378<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On April 15, 7:30 p.m.<\/span>, Tommy Emmanuel<\/strong> takes the stage at the Musikfest Caf\u00e9 presented by Yuengling. Best known for his complex fingerstyle technique, Emmanuel has achieved enough musical milestones to satisfy several lifetimes. At the age of 6, he was touring Australia with his family band, and by 30, he was a rock n\u2019 roll lead guitarist burning up stadiums in Europe. At 44, he became one of five people ever named a Certified Guitar Player by his idol, music icon Chet Atkins. Today, he plays hundreds of sold-out shows every year from Nashville to Sydney to London. Tickets for his show are $49.50-$79.50.<\/p>\n

On March 9, 8 p.m.<\/span>, the Musikfest Caf\u00e9 welcomes comedian Ryan Hamilton<\/strong>. Named one of Rolling Stone\u2019s \u201cFive Comics to Watch\u201d with standout appearances on \u201cThe Late Show with Stephen Colbert,\u201d \u201cConan,\u201d \u201cLast Comic Standing,\u201d Comedy Central and Showtime, Hamilton is establishing himself as one of the country\u2019s favorite stand-ups. Lauded as a clean comedian, he impressed industry insiders by racking up a remarkable number of national competition wins and festival appearances, including winning The Great American Comedy Festival and Sierra Mist\u2019s \u201cAmerica\u2019s Next Great Comic Search.\u201d His one-hour special, \u201cHappy Face,\u201d premiered on Netflix in August 2017. Tickets are $24-$29.<\/p>\n
