\nTRICK OR TREAT NIGHT IN ALL THREE TOWNSHIPS THAT COMPRISE PARKLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT<\/strong><\/p>\nOctober 27 – The President\u2019s Own Marine Band<\/strong>,<\/em> Parkland High School, 7:30 PM.<\/strong> This free performance is SOLD OUT.<\/p>\nOctober 27, Pink Out at the PHS Football Game vs. Emmaus, 7 PM.<\/strong><\/p>\nThis is the last home regular season game! A percentage of the proceeds will benefit a Parkland Family who has been battling Breast Cancer.<\/p>\n
October 28, 29, OMS and SMS Fall Plays.<\/strong><\/p>\nOMS will do the Legend of Sleepy Hollow<\/em> and SMS will perform Camp Paradise <\/em><\/p>\nOctober 28 – OMS play is at 2 PM, SMS play at 2 PM and 7 PM<\/p>\n

All tickets are $5 at the respective school auditorium doors.<\/p>\n
October 29, Key Club 5k For the Kids in support of Four Diamonds<\/strong><\/p>\nhttp:\/\/www.parklandsd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/5k-Oct-29.pdf<\/a><\/p>\nParkland High School Key Club would like to invite you to participate in its first ever 5k For the Kids! This Halloween-themed Run\/Walk will be taking place on Sunday, October 29th at PHS. We’ll kick off the day with half-mile kids run at 8:30 AM followed by the 5k at 9 AM. We will be awarding prizes to our top finishers and for the best costumes! Advanced registration prices include a free t-shirt and are as follows: Adult- $20, student- $15, child- $10. You can also sign up as a 3-person relay team at the discounted price of $40. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Four Diamonds Fund which strives to conquer pediatric cancer by aiding families affected by the disease through research and financial aid.<\/p>\n
November 4, Applebee’s Breakfast, 8-10 AM<\/strong><\/p>\nThe OMS PTO is hosting a Pancake Breakfast at Applebee\u2019s on Cedar Crest Blvd (near Target), to support ARP and other school needs! Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for under 12 \u2013 CASH only please. A Bake Sale will be available as well for afternoon treats!<\/p>\n
November 7 – <\/strong>Zumba in the PHS Gym, 3:10 PM. <\/strong><\/p>\nSpanish Club will host a Zumba fundraiser for a fun hour of exercise. No previous Zumba experience required! Just bring your sneakers and $3! All money collected that day will go to Global Giving, an organization that provides hurricane relief to the people of Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n
November 8 – Dine out at Applebee’s on Cedar Crest to support the PHS Post Prom Party! <\/strong>Show your flyer!<\/a><\/p>\nNovember 16, Community Advisory Council, Admin Center, 7 PM.<\/strong><\/p>\nThe public is cordially invited to attend the Community Advisory Council Meeting on \u201cTechnology: Providing Laptops to Students\u201d which will be presented by Samantha Edwards, JR Renna, and Tracy Smith.<\/p>\n
Now – November 30 – Orefield and Springhouse Middle School Annual “COATS FOR KIDS” <\/strong>winter wear drive. D<\/strong>onations will directly benefit struggling Parkland\/Lehigh Valley families! Drop off your gently used or new donations to the lobby at Orefield Middle School or Springhouse Middle School.<\/p>\nDonation items needed:
