Zanelli locked in 63% of the vote and won her place on the Lehigh County Board of Commissioners starting in January 2018.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As District 3 Commissioner-elect she\u2019s enjoying the solid support received from voters in West Bethlehem, Catasauqua, Fountain Hill, East Allentown, South Allentown and Hanover Township in Tuesday\u2019s election.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Her opponent, Robert Smith, conceded the race before 11pm Tuesday after the solid margin of difference became apparent and put Zanelli in the lead early in evening. \u201c<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">I look forward to doing great things for Lehigh County,\u201d Zanelli said as she gathered her campaign team in west Bethlehem Tuesday night.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNow the real work begins,\u201d Zanelli said. \u201cAnd I could not be more proud to serve such a loving, progressive, deserving community.
