Congrats – Freedom High School Foreign Language Department<\/b><\/p>\n

Students in the Freedom Foreign Language Department along with a few English teachers helped collect items for the hurricane relief fundraiser lead by public speaker and Teacher of the Year – Javier Avila. Check out the class that collected the most items and some other pictures of the event. They worked with Northampton College, Javier Avila and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, which is aiding in the shipment of all goods to Puerto Rico. Great job!<\/p>\n

Marvine Elementary School is No Place for Hate<\/b><\/p>\n

Marvine Elementary School is working hard in creating a bully free school. Students have watched a video and each class is creating something to share with the whole school about bullying and making friends. 1st grade is writing a song; 2nd and 5th graders are making posters; 3rd graders are working on how to be good leaders through discussion and activities; 4th graders are working on news segments to read in the morning announcements.<\/p>\n
