CONGRATS TO GIRLS ON THE RUN<\/b><\/p>\n

Girls on the Run is a North American non-profit program that works to encourage pre-teen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games, culminating in a celebratory 5k run. We would like to thank the employees and\/or community members who committed to being a coach during the Lehigh Valley Fall 2017 season. Without the coaches, the program would not be a success. 2018 Outstanding Young Artist Competition (OYA)<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The Friends of Music of Bethlehem are holding auditions via video to name our 2018 Outstanding Young Artist. We invite you to inform your talented students about our Competition and encourage them to enter. The winner will be featured in a Spring Recital where the monetary award will be presented<\/p>\n

$600 for the Outstanding Young Artist<\/p>\n

(Judges for the Friends of Music reserve the right to withhold any or all prizes. The winner MUST perform in order to receive the monetary award.)<\/p>\n

BASD Take 2 – MINI Mini THON 2017<\/b><\/p>\n

In this edition, the BASD MiniTHON members from Freedom and Liberty High Schools visited many of our elementary schools in December 2017, hosting a Mini – MINI THON. The High School students created some fun, games, and of course awareness of what the Mini THON members support.<\/p>\n
