2018 Outstanding Young Artist Competition (OYA)<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The Friends of Music of Bethlehem are holding auditions via video to name our 2018 Outstanding Young Artist. We invite you to inform your talented students about our Competition and encourage them to enter. The winner will be featured in a Spring Recital where the monetary award will be presented<\/p>\n

$600 for the Outstanding Young Artist<\/p>\n

(Judges for the Friends of Music reserve the right to withhold any or all prizes. The winner MUST perform in order to receive the monetary award.)<\/p>\n

Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics….in the BASD we nurture it all…and all with some of the finest, most committed teachers in Pennsylvania. Full STEM Ahead is a series put out by the BASD, which focuses on new topics for our younger students exploring STEM ideas, presented by some of our finest teachers.<\/p>\n

Hydrochloric Acid + Zinc + a Flame = today’s AWESOME demonstration. Chemistry teacher Mr. Dusty Little demonstrates the Boom Balloon experiment, and the results are pretty exciting.<\/p>\n
