The Harlem Wizards are coming to the PHS Gym on Feb. 13th<\/h2>\n
The Harlem Wizards are coming to the PHS Gym on Feb. 13th for basketball tricks, comedy and family fun! Don’t miss this district-wide event! Tickets start at just $10 at www.harlemwizards.com<\/a>. Plus, the PTO’s will be selling hot dogs and pizza for $2 and snacks and drinks for $1. Doors open at 5:30 and game is at 7 PM.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Feb 3<\/strong> – Spring Sport Physicals\/ImPACT tests in PHS Cafeteria.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spring 2018 Sports Physicals are Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Parkland High School. Boys\/8-9:30 AM, Girls\/9:30-11 AM. They are free. No student can participate in baseball, lacrosse, softball, boys tennis, track or boys volleyball without a full PIAA physical. Re-certification forms may be used for spring if athletes had full physicals for fall or winter 2017. Feb 3 \u2013 Mr. Parkland, PHS Auditorium, 7 PM. <\/strong>This annual tradition celebrates a lucky senior guy who is in good academic standing and who is a positive role model for students in a fun show-like atmosphere as the nominees compete for the crown.<\/p>\n

February 5-9 – NATIONAL SCHOOL COUNSELORS WEEK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Feb 7 – Athletic National Letter of Intent Signing Ceremony, 3:30 PM in the PHS Gym. <\/strong>Join us as we celebrate Parkland athletes who will announce their college athletic scholarships!<\/p>\n

Feb 9 – Elementary and PHS Report Cards distributed<\/strong>. Grades will be available in Home Access Center at 12 noon.<\/p>\n

Feb 12 – 23 – 13th Annual District-wide Food Drive to benefit Second Harvest.<\/strong> All schools will be collecting nonperishables.<\/p>\n

Feb 13 – Harlem Wizards take on Parkland staff in the PHS Gym.<\/strong> Doors open for $2 pizza slices and hot dogs and $1 snacks and drinks at 5:30 PM. Game time is 7 PM.<\/p>\n

Feb 15 – Community Advisory Council meets to discuss<\/strong> \u201cCollege and Career Readiness<\/strong>\u201d which will be presented by Eric Roberts, PHS Guidance Counselor, Admin Center, 7 PM.<\/p>\n

Feb 15 – Parkland Middle School Winter Festival at Bear Creek<\/strong>. Click here to obtain registration information<\/a>.<\/p>\n
