Reverend Kathryn Andonian, rector for Church of the Holy Spirit, was named Vice President. Lou Ann Eader, Director of Global Regulatory Affairs (GRACS) for Merck &amp; Co, Inc. remains as Secretary, and Andrew D. Landis, Vice President and Relationship Manager for Univest National Bank &amp; Trust Co. remains as Treasurer.<\/p>\n<p>Working for Everence since 2002, Sneddon joined Keystone\u2019s Board in April 2015. Prior to serving as President, she was Vice President for two years and served on the Board\u2019s Development Committee. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Sneddon has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Care Administration and her CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) and CLTC (Certified in Long-Term Care insurance) designations.<\/p>\n<p>Reverend Kathryn Andonian has been at Church of the Holy Spirit since June 2004. She also serves as a leader in the Diocese of Pennsylvania and was elected to serve as Deputy to the 79<sup>th<\/sup> General Convention of the Episcopal Church this July in Texas.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Keystone welcomed a new board member, James G. Lare, Esq., partner with the Lare Law Firm. Lare received his Juris Doctor from Widener Law School in 2005.
