Khanna is a dedicated political reformer who represents California\u2019s 17th Congressional District and sits on the House Budget and Armed Services Committees and serves as Vice Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.\u00a0 As the congressional representative of Silicon Valley he understands the critical connection between the tech industry and job creation. Rep.
