Tonya Harris attended Allentown School District as a student at Hiram Dodd Elementary School, South Mountain Middle School and William Allen High School, Class of 1994.\u00a0 Having graduated from Temple University with a bachelor\u2019s degree in journalism, Tonya continued her education and earned a juris doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law in 2009. Harris today serves as litigation counsel of PPL Services Corporation in Allentown, PA, after gaining litigation experience at several Philadelphia-based firms including White and Williams LLP; Wilbraham Lawler and Buba, PC; and earlier, internships at Judge Raymond A. Means, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and the Public Interest Law Center.\u00a0 Harris holds bar admissions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
