Tickets for the event, which include a Food Truck Border Brawl \u201cParty Plate\u201d for each guest, are on sale now at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.steelstacks.org\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/www.steelstacks.org&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1524101255393000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGfEBT_oip8rayvFNTPVXzPPptG8A\">www.steelstacks.org<\/a> and 610-332-3378.<\/p>\n<p>During the Border Brawl, both attendees and the event judging panel sample the participating trucks\u2019 offerings and then vote for their favorites, with the \u201cPeople\u2019s Choice\u201d and \u201cBest Overall Food Truck\u201d awards presented at the conclusion of the event. Returning to defend their Border Brawl crowns are 2017 \u201cBest Overall Food truck\u201d winner Phyllodelphia of Philadelphia which wowed the judges and the crowds with its Lollipop Lamb Chops; and The Empanada Guy of Old Bridge, N.J., which is the undefeated \u201cPeople\u2019s Choice\u201d winner of 2016 and 2017.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-73886\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Mamas-Meatballs-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Mamas-Meatballs-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Mamas-Meatballs-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Mamas-Meatballs.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Among the new participants are Mama\u2019s Meatballs of Pennsauken, N.J. serving up Meatball Sliders made with a mix of beef, pork and veal topped with marinara, baby arugula and parmesan; Slurp Philly Food Truck, best known for its fresh Ramen and Korean Fried Chicken; Pompier Catering &amp; Cuisine of Hightstown, N.J. which offers vegetarian pierogis and rice bowls; and 2017 Musikfest favorite Baby Blues BBQ of Philadelphia which boasts a menu of southern staples like pulled pork, beef brisket and ribs, as well as decadent Pig Candy Bacon.<\/p>\n<p>With general admission hours from <span data-term=\"goog_1876325877\">1-8 p.m.<\/span> and ticket re-entry, Border Brawl attendees can make this foodie frenzy an all-day affair and finish off the evening with dessert nachos from Polka Dot Cake Shop of Lyndhurst, N.J. or Cookies and Cream Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e from Philly-based food truck Cr\u00e8me Brolee.
