Led by \u201cAmerican Idol\u201d finalist Chris Daughtry, Daughtry has released four albums, all of which reached the Billboard Top Ten and have combined sales of more than eight million copies in the U.S. Daughtry\u2019s self-titled debut was the best-selling album of 2007, containing four Top 20 hit singles including the GRAMMY-nominated smash \u201cIt\u2019s Not Over.\u201d The album Leave This Town<\/em> also reached number one in 2009, while 2011\u2019s Break the Spell <\/em>was certified gold and 2013\u2019s Baptized<\/em> featured the platinum-selling \u201cWaiting for Superman.\u201d<\/p>\n Performing together for over a decade, Daughtry unveiled its latest single “Backbone” in March. With its bluesy tone and soulful chant \u2014 “Ya gotta show a little backbone” \u2014 this anthem heralds the arrival of the band’s anxiously awaited fifth full-length album due out later this year.<\/p>\n The Daughtry performance is supported by media partner 100.7 WLEV. Proceeds from Musikfest 2018 will support ArtsQuest\u2019s free concerts and programming for the community year-round at the Banana Factory arts center and the SteelStacks arts and cultural campus.
