Guests will receive entry ballots that will take them on a journey through the Market to taste and explore some of the wonderful things the merchants of the Farmers Market has to offer, as well as collect a special stamp from select merchants to validate their ballot which they will turn in to be entered to win great prizes!<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, July 14th, the Market will be hosting a <strong><em>Gourmet Market Pairing <\/em><\/strong>which will showcase collaborations by some of our Farmers Market All-Stars! Guests will be able to sample food and cocktail pairings from Mr. Bill\u2019s Poultry + Eight Oaks Craft Distillery, Culinary Experts + Clover Hill Winery and our newest merchant, Little Miss Korea who will be collaborating with Hardball Cider! These unique and delicious pairings will be available at each of the spirits stands (Eight Oaks, Clover Hill and Hardball) from 11am to 2pm. Don\u2019t miss these fresh, seasonal creations made by our local merchants and perfectly paired with tasty, custom cocktail creations! <em>Please note: Guests must be 21 and over to sample the beverage creations.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>New customers as well as those faithful customers we see each week, will have another incentive to visit the Market during this week\u2019s festivities\u2026 From July 12th \u2013 July 14th, the Market will be offering $65 in Market-wide Gift Certificates, good at any Farmers Market merchant, for <strong>just $55<\/strong>! That\u2019s ten dollars <em>free <\/em>as our way of saying \u201cThanks!\u201d for 65 wonderful years of making the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market one of the Lehigh Valley\u2019s true hidden gems!<\/p>\n<p>Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market President, Dan Wuchter, Sr., has been a part of its rich history for more than 60 years and is still passionate about what the Market brings to our community. \u201cThe Farmers Market has a decades-long tradition of always having been the premier destination to discover the finest fresh and local meats, produce, prepared foods, baked goods and unique goods around every corner.\u201d Wuchter says he is also \u201chappy to see a continued move towards healthier, local foods and organic options.
