Photographs by Diane Fleischma<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Cambria;\">Lehigh Valley Steelhawks fans gathered at the PPL Center Saturday night for this season\u2019s home game finale against the North Carolina Cobras.\u00a0 Hope ran high within the stands for the Steelhawks to break the 0-12 losing streak, but it just didn\u2019t happen.\u00a0 The Cobras crushed The Steelhawks with a final score of 28-78.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Cambria;\"><div id=\"su_carousel_69fc644467260\" class=\"su-carousel su-carousel-centered su-carousel-pages-yes su-carousel-responsive-yes su-lightbox-gallery\" style=\"width:100%\" data-autoplay=\"3000\" data-speed=\"600\" data-mousewheel=\"true\" data-items=\"2\" data-scroll=\"1\"><div minutes, the Steelhawks intercepted the ball.\u00a0 Then, within the next five minutes it was the Cobras who landed on the score board first.\u00a0 During the first quarter, the Steelhawks grabbed every opportunity available to get on the scoreboard as they rustled up a few field goals.\u00a0 But at the end of the first quarter, The Cobras established the lead with a score of\u00a0 6-16.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Cambria;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Cambria;\">As the second quarter began, The Steelhawks broke through the Cobras\u2019 tight defensive line and scored their first touchdown.
