Bethlehem, PA – January 29, 2019<\/strong> – PBS39 is proud to welcome two new professionals to the organization\u2019s esteemed board of directors.<\/p>\n \u201cOur board of directors is vital in the decision making leading to our success,\u201d Tim Fallon, Chief Executive Officer of PBS39 said. \u201cTheir valuable guidance and steady leadership is crucial to our vision of creating a community that is inspired, engaged and vibrant.\u201d<\/p>\n Carol J. Young<\/strong> is a strategic human resources business leader with more than 40 years of experience. Young is currently the Corporate Vice President of Culture Development at Lutron Electronics, Inc. Young previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2003-2018 and prior to that position she served as Director of Organizational Relations for Lutron Electronics, Inc.<\/p>\n Young is a part of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), WorldatWork (American Compensation Association) and the American Society for Training and Development. She earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in business education from Bloomsburg University.<\/p>\n Dr. William Gaudelli<\/strong>, the Dean of the College of Education at Lehigh University, has been a leader in education for more than 25 years. He previously served as the Chair of the Department of Arts and Humanities, at Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to his department chair role, he was both a faculty member and program director of the social studies program. Before joining Columbia in 2006, Dr. Gaudelli held the position of associate professor and program supervisor at the University of Central Florida.<\/p>\n Dr. Gaudelli has published more than 60 scholarly pieces and three books. He has also been a keynote speaker at international conferences and a guest lecturer at various universities in China, Italy, Israel, Thailand, Japan, India, Poland, Hong Kong and South Korea. Dr. Gaudelli completed his master\u2019s degree and his doctoral degree at Rutgers University \u2013 Graduate School of Education in social studies education.
