ALLENTOWN, PA _ Yi\u2019ima Printing is moving its upscale printing studio from Quakertown to Allentown when it completes renovations to its new building at 724 E. Cedar Street. Yi\u2019ima Printing closed on the building acquisition on February 22nd<\/sup>. Jeff Barber of Lehigh Financial Group LLC of Allentown helped arranged the financing that made the purchase possible. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re moving from leased space to owned space,\u201d said Paul Progen, who owns the business with his wife, Amy. Progen said he\u2019s also excited to be in Allentown and be part of its revival. \u201cWe feel Allentown is an area that\u2019s improving and we\u2019d like to be part of that.\u201d <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s great to see small businesses like Paul\u2019s grow and purchase his own building instead of renting space,\u201d said Barber. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new location is ideal for his family-owned business and gives it room to expand, which he plans to do, Progen said. Yi\u2019ima Printing, which also does business as InvitationBasket.com, specializes in custom invitations for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, retirement parties, and Quincea\u00f1era, as well as thank-you and save-the-date cards. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Its new building, which had been a day spa, needs to be renovated for both production equipment and office space. Progen expects it to be a few months until the business is ready to relocate. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The listing agent was Bob Stoker of RE\/MAX Allentown and the buyer\u2019s agent was Marlene Blose of RE\/MAX Unlimited of Whitehall.\u00a0 The loan was funded by Ryan Kinnon of People First FCU.<\/span><\/p>\n
