Highlights include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 90 vendors including merchandise and crafters, prepared foods, packaged foods, garlic vendors, and service providers. Featuring Hispanic and Latino food vendors; the Livin\u2019 in the Rhythm Drum Circle with more than 20 drums; DJ Nino and AP el Inquieto, who performs Reggaeton music; Colombian musician and singer Omaira; and the Swing Combo Salsa and Rio Bossa bands.<\/li>\n<li>Mayors\u2019 Cook-Off (Sunday at 3 pm) \u2013 Easton Mayor Sal Panto will partner with Easton Garlic Fest Headline Chef Ricky Heinrichs, Executive Chef of Pearly Baker\u2019s. They will take on Hellertown Mayor David Heintzelman and Phillipsburg Mayor Stephen Ellis along with their partner chefs.<\/li>\n<li>Hometown Heroes Cook-Off (Sunday at 1 pm) &#8211; City of Easton Police vs. City of Easton Fire Dept. vs. Easton EMS<\/li>\n<li>Three stages of free live music (both days) &#8211; The School of Rock Stage at Northampton &amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup> Streets; the Sizzlin\u2019 HOT Latin Music Stage at Northampton &amp; S. 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Streets; and the Stinkin&#8217; Beer Tent Stage at S. 3rd &amp; Ferry Streets. Cheese wheel and pasta are provided by sponsor Vicidomini USA.<\/li>\n<li>Gastric Garlic People\u2019s Choice Contest &#8211; $10 (tickets at the door only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Noon -2:30 pm on Saturday; located in the Pungent Plaza<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 400 people will sample and judge the best garlic dish created by chefs from local restaurants. Participants determine which chef will take home the coveted garlic bulb winner&#8217;s plaque.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dangerous Desserts People\u2019s Choice Contest &#8211; $8 (tickets at the door only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Noon &#8211; 2:30 pm on Sunday; located in the Pungent Plaza<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Be one of 200 people to sample and judge the best garlic dessert created by chefs from local restaurants. Participants determine which chef creates the best dish.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Farm-to-Market Mystery Basket Competition &#8211; Saturday at 2:30 pm at the Farm-to-Market Stage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 EGF Headline Chef Ricky Heinrichs, Executive Chef at Pearly Baker\u2019s Alehouse, and four-time winner of this competition, will go up against Chef Esteban Morales of Air Products.<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Each chef will receive an identical mystery basket chosen by Easton Farmers&#8217; Market Manager Megan McBride, filled with locally sourced food.<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 They will have 30 minutes to create a garlicky meal using only those ingredients in this judged competition.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garlic Growers Tasting Competition sponsored by Easton Farmers\u2019 Market &#8211; Saturday at 11 am<\/li>\n<li>The Easton Farmers\u2019 Market \u2013 (Saturday only) temporarily relocated to Northampton Street in front of the Easton Public Market.<\/li>\n<li>Live cooking demos by chefs from Shoprite, Aman\u2019s Indian Restaurant, Stoke, and Easton Public Market on the Stinkin\u2019 Culinary Stage (both days).<\/li>\n<li>Beer Tent sponsored by The Alfero Company and hosted by 3<sup>rd<\/sup> &amp; Ferry Fish Market \u2013 featuring a selection of beer and also Bloody Mary, mule, punch, and sangria options. Festivalgoers can play games like a 3-point basketball challenge, football bowling, quoits, corn hole, and a giant Jenga next to the beer tent.<\/li>\n<li>Little Stinkers Row at N. 3rd &amp; Church Streets &#8211; pony rides, moon bounce, and other activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 11 am both days &#8211; Kids sign up for a chance to participate in the Culinary Kids Cooking Contest, which starts at 1 pm.
