This year\u2019s parade lineup is a diverse and exciting showcase of Allentown\u2019s Halloween spirit! This year\u2019s parade theme is \u201cHarvest Fest,\u201d so spectators should prepare for a host of scarecrows and fall harvest decorations parading through the city!<\/p>\n
With ten youth and adult performing bands, the 2019 Allentown Halloween Parade brings an abundance of musical entertainment.\u00a0 The Allentown Hobo \u201cAlmost\u201d Marching Band and the Allentown All-City Band are back again in 2019 in addition to the Allentown School District high school and middle school bands, and the Central Catholic and Parkland High School bands.<\/p>\n
Parade spectators and participants are encouraged to use the Facebook and twitter tag \u201c#hallentownparade\u201d for the event.<\/p>\n
Street closures will be in affect from 12:30 p.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m. along the parade route, including Hamilton Street and 17th<\/sup> Street, and other affected streets along the route.
