October 25, 2019 was a beautiful fall night. It brought a crowd out to The Roxy Theatre in Northampton.\u00a0 The cast and crew of MASKED MUTILATOR was also in attendance.\u00a0 It’s always fun to watch a great horror movie with a group of friends.\u00a0 Writer\/Producer Dale Schneck was outside greeting guests.\u00a0 He had a small video camera and was documenting some memorable moments.\u00a0 A fan who spoke with Dale told him he enjoyed Masked Mutilator and mentioned he would be attending Chiller Theatre tomorrow.\u00a0 (Chiller is in New Jersey.) Dale was sweet and smiling.\u00a0 He talked with everyone.\u00a0 The crowd was anxious to see this fun slasher flick.\u00a0 Actor Doug Yasinsky who portrays Carl the Cook told me that this hasn’t been done before.\u00a0 Interweaving the wrestling world with the horror\/slasher world.<\/p>\n

In the movie a pro-wrestler murders someone during a match. These gentlemen are pro-wrestlers in real life so this wasn’t a stretch for these guys.\u00a0 The movie got quite a few laughs and it reminded you of a gritty,\u00a0 seventies maybe making it’s way to the eighties slasher \/old school film with a lot of heart.\u00a0 The story was reasonable and different.\u00a0 The way it was shot,\u00a0 they started in 1994 and made their way to the future with two of the survivors talking to a podcast host.\u00a0 They tell the story of what happens and we see the Masked Mutilator is quite busy.<\/p>\n

Actor Paul Sutt was in attendance and he also did the special effects along with Glenn Hetrick.\u00a0 MASKED MUTILATOR is a fun slasher flick.\u00a0 There will be another screening today,\u00a0 October 26th at 9:30PM and tickets are available at the door.<\/p>\n
