\nBETHLEHEM, Pa. (November 19, 2019) \u2013 Via of the Lehigh Valley is pleased to announce two recent staff promotions.<\/p>\n

Sean Hartman has been named Director of Small Group Employment.\u00a0 In this role, he will work with area businesses to maintain and grow Via\u2019s Small Group Employment service, ViaWorks.\u00a0\u00a0 Through ViaWorks, businesses contract with Via to provide high-quality workers that strengthen and diversify their workforce while helping them remain competitive.\u00a0 Sean has been with Via for seven years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alvernia University.<\/p>\n

Chelsea Hamm has been named Community Connections Program Manager. She will supervise, direct and lead the Community Connections Department to ensure quality services are provided to the people Via serves.\u00a0 Through Community Connections, people with disabilities gain access to different volunteer, educational and recreation opportunities in our community while working on vocational, socialization and communication skills. Chelsea has been with Via for five years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg University.<\/p>\n
