Plungers commit to<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cFreezin\u2019 for a reason\u201d and raise money\u00a0<\/strong>to dip a toe, wade, or jump on into the icy waters of the Delaware River.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Funds raised from the plunge support nearly 20,000 athletes\u00a0<\/strong>that participate in Special Olympics activities\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0across Pennsylvania.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n About Special Olympics Pennsylvania<\/strong><\/p>\n Special Olympics is a life-changing movement of people helping people.
