Carson started his career as an independent stylist and became invaluable to major designers such as Ralph Lauren. A few years later, he took a leap into television when, in 2003, he became a breakout star as the <em>fashion savant <\/em>on <em>Bravo\u2019s Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, <\/em>which won a primetime EMMY and gained a worldwide following for Carson which continues to this day.<\/p>\n<p>With his close relationship and collaborations with Oprah Winfrey, Carson revolutionized America\u2019s personal fashion sense of style. He\u2019s hosted multiple TV shows including Lifetime\u2019s How to Look Good Naked, &amp; <em>ABC\u2019s True Beauty<\/em>, appeared as a fashion critic &amp; commentator on shows including <em>The Oprah Winfrey Show<\/em> &amp; <em>Good Morning America<\/em>. Carson has competed on several reality shows including NBC\u2019s hit show <em>Celebrity Apprentice<\/em>, Food Network\u2019s <em>Celebrity Cupcake Wars<\/em>, ABC\u2019s <em> Celebrity Family Feud<\/em>, and the 13th season <em>of Dancing with the Stars<\/em> where he was a fan favorite raising awareness &amp; donations for several charities. Currently, Carson is a key judge on the TV series <em>RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race<\/em>, which continues to win multiple EMMYs. New fan favorites include his interior design show, <em>Get A Room with Carson &amp;<\/em> <em>Thom<\/em>, <em>Freeform\u2019s Wrap Battle<\/em>, and his new home entertainment talk show, <em>Couched<\/em>, where he interviews A-list celebrities &amp; elite interior designers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are honored and enthusiastic to have Carson Kressley serve as our honorary host at our 65<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary Gala celebration. There will be nostalgic music, delicious food and beverages for the entire evening. There will also be a live and silent auction as well as the opportunity to purchase keys to the Vault\u2019s safe deposit boxes for a chance to win some great prizes.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets to the event are $200 for a single person and $350 per couple.
