The Hellertown-Lower\u00a0Saucon Chamber of Commerce\u00a0(HLSC) is proud to announce that it will be bringing back its scholarship fund to support its future community and business leaders from Saucon Valley High School!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The first fundraising event the HLSC will hold is a March Madness Mixer on Thursday, March 19th<\/sup>\u00a0from 5:30 PM \u2013 7:30 PM at Wings on Main in Hellertown, PA.\u00a010% of food purchases along with\u00a0donations at the\u00a0door will benefit the HLSC scholarship fund.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The mixer will feature the March Madness basketball games, networking, complimentary appetizers, and raffle\u00a0prizes. Guests will\u00a0have the opportunity\u00a0to enter their March Madness Bracket for a chance to win Wings on Main Gift Cards. First Place\u00a0will\u00a0receive a $25 gift card, Second Place\u00a0will receive\u00a0a $15 gift card, and and Third Place will\u00a0receive a $5 gift card. No buy-in is necessary to submit a bracket.<\/p>\n Jessica O\u2019Donnell, EVP of Affiliated Chambers for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber said, \u201cOur Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber Board Directors are very happy to bring back our Scholarship Program to support the future of the Lehigh Valley! At the Chamber we often say, yes, we are a Chamber of Commerce, but we are also a Chamber of Communities.\u00a0 We are doing our part to ensure our membership and our community supports the success of our future leaders. \u00a0Jessica also mentioned that this event is open to anyone and everyone, so come hungry and let\u2019s have some fun raising money for Saucon Valley students.\u201d<\/p>\n James Tulio, Owner of Wings on Main, said, \u201cI am very excited to participate in this scholarship fundraiser. The respect I have for this homegrown community is of the highest level. The Lehigh Valley Chamber does an excellent job joining business and community.
