Did you know that Gracedale offers training courses for Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs)?

Gracedale offers certification for CNAs through a standard four-week training course or an 8-hour Temporary on-line training course. Students in the nursing home’s four-week program receive a $1,000 stipend for their training time.

Did you know Gracedale hires CNAs once they have passed the training course?

Certified CNAs are immediately eligible for employment at Gracedale Nursing home and can be hired for part-time or full-time positions across all shifts. Full-timers receive county benefits including life insurance, paid vacation, pension, medical, dental, vision insurance and prescription coverage.

Staff employed at Gracedale Nursing Home for a year or longer are eligible for tuition reimbursement for degrees in Licensed Practical Nursing (LPNs) and/or Register Nursing (RNs) at Northampton Community College.
