A Pennsylvania screening of the latest David Noble film “Secret Within the Sphere”, which is co-produced by Lancaster County local production companies Broken Tile Productions and Winchell Media, will play at Pocono Cinema at 7pm on May 10. Lancaster actors Sugey Cruz (Dirt), Alex Rudegeair (On Turning 16), and Jeremy Good (A Star Is Born) are the leading talent of the movie.
Rounding the cast include Reading actor Josh Spudeno (Arisen Revelations) and Gettysburg actor Austin Greene (After Sophia). Roma Cervino of Carlisle makes her feature film debut in the role of Leona. This is the fourth feature film for director David Noble (Lost Padre Mine, Zydeco) and executive producer Sunah Park (Knight Squad, Messages). First time Lancaster Director of Photography George Winchell led behind the camera for “Secret Within the Sphere.” Postproduction contributions came from talented creators from 16 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
The movie “Secret Within the Sphere” is a science fiction adventure set within the growingly popular steampunk genre. The movie offers plenty of action, intrigue, ambition and power struggles. This production marks the most expansive and intricate effort for Noble Park Films over the last 10 years. Production for “Secret Within the Sphere” took place across the state of Pennsylvania, and featured historic locations to include the Cameron mansion, Railroad Museum of PA, King’s Gap Park, and USS Olympia in downtown Philadelphia.
“Secret Within the Sphere” is the latest feature film for Noble Park Films and has received awards for best science fiction feature film at 13 film festivals over the last six months to include the International World Film Awards, Onykyo Film Awards, Calgary Independent Film Festival, and the New York International Film Awards.
