The Nazareth Area Chamber is thrilled to be hosting its 3rd Annual Nazareth Fall Festival, in partnership with Vigilance Hose Co. #1, on Saturday, October 16th, 2021 from 2 PM – 6 PM. Get ready for a day filled with fall-themed fun for everyone!

The festivities will kick off with the return of the Nazareth Halloween Parade presented by  Vigilance Hose Co. #1 at 1 PM on Saturday, October 16th. Mark Morella, Assistant Fire Chief 5053 of Vigilance Hose Co. #1, said, “After having to cancel last year due to COVID-19, I am excited that the parade will make its return as this tradition is one that is beloved by the community. We hope to see you there!” The parade will begin at Belvidere and Liberty Streets in the Borough of Nazareth and will end at the Nazareth High School on Center Street.

From 2 PM – 6 PM, Nazareth Fall Festival will be in full swing on S. Main Street between Belvidere and Walnut Streets. With 40 alcohol, craft, and food vendors, musical performances, steinholding and ice cream holding competitions, Mario Andretti’s racecar, pumpkin decorating, and more – there’s something for the entire family! In addition, the Nazareth Area Chamber will be hosting a Nazareth Pride Competition, where guests can show their Nazareth spirit for the chance to win a prize, and a Spooktacular Sweepstakes which encourages attendees to support local brick and mortar businesses during the event.

Other organizations from throughout the community are also getting involved in the fall fun! Saturday, October 16th will be the last day of St. John’s UCC’s first-ever Scarecrow Stroll. During Nazareth Fall Festival, a pop-up food drive to benefit the Nazareth Area Food Bank will be held. The pop-up food drive has recently been created as part of BSA Troop 76’s Eagle Scout project. The scout leading this project, Antonio Alessi, is a 16-year-old Lower Nazareth resident who attends Nazareth Area High School. Wrenchtec has sponsored the booth on behalf of BSA Troop 76 to support this initiative. Following the festival, the Nazareth Competition Cheerleaders’ Movie Night will take place at 6 PM at the Nazareth High School Auditorium. The featured film will be Hotel Transylvania! Tickets are $10 per adult and $5 per child. “The Nazareth Area Chamber’s 3rd Annual Fall Festival will provide a full day of many enjoyable activities for kids of all ages,” commented Mike Woodland, Chair of the Nazareth Area Chamber’s Board. “I am thrilled to see so many organizations and businesses working together to provide our community with such a wonderful event. Bring the family and enjoy a full and relaxing fall day in beautiful Nazareth.”

“If you weren’t in the fall spirit already, you definitely will be after Nazareth Fall Festival,” said Jessica O’Donnell, Executive Vice President of Affiliated Chambers and the Northern Tier for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber. “This event is a blast for all of those in attendance and we could not be more thrilled that the fun stretches even further this year with the return of the Nazareth Halloween Parade and the addition of the Nazareth Competition Cheerleaders’ Movie Night. We also love that the festival provides an opportunity for individuals from throughout the Lehigh Valley to visit the Nazareth Area to see all the wonderful activities and businesses that it has to offer.
