BETHLEHEM, Pa., January 9, 2026 – Track and field icon “Joetta”, a 4-Time Olympian, American Masters record-holder, and New Jersey Hall of Fame inductee, has officially announced that she will return to the USATF Masters circuit this season to defend her national title. Fresh off two American Masters sprint records in 2025, including a blistering 13.44-second 100m, Joetta continues to prove that elite performance has no age limit.
Joetta will be available for on-site media interviews during the PA Statewide Founders Day Celebration, hosted by the Allentown Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Wind Creek Event Center located at 77 Wind Creek Boulevard, Bethlehem, Pa. 18015. Joetta serves as Sergeant-at-Arms for the event, expected to draw more than 700 guests and featuring over 40 vendors, distinguished speakers, and statewide sorority leadership.
Media is welcome to attend and cover the event which runs from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Interviews are available with Joetta to discuss her return to track and field racing, Allentown Alumnae Chapter President Benita S. Draper, who is also Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction for Easton Area School District and keynote speaker Reverend Shavon Arline-Bradley will be offered at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Joetta’s return to competition includes upcoming appearances at the USATF New York Open Masters on January 18 at 4:00 p.m. in Ocean Breeze, Staten Island next weekend and the USATF Masters Indoor Championships February 19-22, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
