Notice of Central Count Logic & Accuracy Testing for the General Primary Election on May 19, 2026

[Northampton County, PA] – Notice is hereby given that on Friday, April 17, the Northampton County Elections Division will be conducting the Logic & Accuracy (L&A) testing of the DS Central Count Scanners to be used at the General Primary Election scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2025. This testing is to ascertain that they will accurately count the votes cast for all offices. The Central Count L&A Testing will take place in the 3rd Floor Training Room of the Northampton County Government Center.

The Northampton County Elections Division will be conducting the Logic & Accuracy (L&A) Testing of the voting machines for the May 19, 2026 election starting on Monday, April 20, at 10:00 a.m. Testing will continue daily; commencing at 9:00 a.m., prevailing time until completed.

The L&A Testing is open to the public and media. Scanner L&A footage will need to be coordinated in advance. Photography and video footage within the elections warehouse is strictly prohibited.
