Setter Ridge Vineyards is celebrating and thanking 100 Essential Workers over the next 8 weeks with a donation of wine to each worker selected.

KUTZTOWN, PA – Setter Ridge Vineyards is excited to announce their 100 Bottles for 100 Essential Workers program.  Every week Setter Ridge Vineyards will be donating 12 bottles of wine to 12 essential workers until 100 bottles are donated!  We appreciate the hard work essential workers, such as those in health care, grocery stores, transportation/delivery, farming, first responders and many more have been doing throughout the past 8 weeks. We want to provide them a few moments of relaxation and a small token of appreciation from their community.  Through nominations from the community, we will be choosing 100 workers to recognize.

Setter Ridge Vineyards will be donating the full cost of our wine, however if others are in a position to help, we would appreciate any aid in offsetting the delivery cost associated with shipping bottles of wine.  To ship a single bottle of wine via FedEx to a home costs approximately $15.00 per delivery. Donations will ONLY apply to shipping costs. Donations will not go towards the cost of the wine.  Donations can be made through our website or by contacting the winery at 610.683.8463.  We thank everyone for any help you can give to celebrate our front line workers.

All essential workers chosen for 100 Bottles for 100 Essential Workers will be able to choose 1 bottle of Setter Ridge Vineyards wine from the following selection – Riesling, Chardonnay – Richard J Vineyard, Pinot Noir, Three Sisters or Setter Ridge White.

Submissions can be made beginning May 14th, with the first case of wine being donated the week of May 17th.  Visit our facebook and instagram pages as we highlight the wonderful essential workers we have in our community!

About Setter Ridge Vineyards

Setter Ridge Vineyards (previously Blair Vineyards) moved their tasting room and operations in June 2010 to a new state of the art building conveniently located miles off exit 40 on I-78 west of Allentown. A gravity flow winery was built to take advantage of the south facing slopes on their 35 acre property. With the tank and barrel rooms located 18 feet in the ground, the building maintains an average temperature of 50 degrees throughout the year without the use of energy. Currently 20 acres are planted with a variety of grapes, from Riesling & Chardonnay to Pinot Noir & Syrah, as well as several other varieties. The goal is to become strictly an Estate Grown Vineyard & Winery within the next few years with the addition of several acres of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon.  An outdoor tasting pavilion lets visitors enjoy a glass of wine outside surrounded by the vines with gorgeous views of the Blue Mountains and Berks County countryside.

Setter Ridge Vineyards is a family owned & operated winery located in the Lehigh Valley AVA. They have been operating as a commercial winery under Blair Vineyards LLC since 2003 and their primary focus is producing dry European styled wines, specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
