Historic Downtown Bethlehem, PA 7/20/2020: The Downtown Bethlehem Association (DBA) has officially announced updates for their annual Vegan festival, “Bethlehem VegFest”. From August 31st through September 5th, an entire week of “festing” will be offered through the Heart of Bethlehem’s Bethlehem VegFest Facebook Event Page, managed by the Downtown Bethlehem Association.

“Going virtual will allow our faithful vendors and guests the opportunity to stay connected while we stay apart,” says Tammy Wendling, manager of the Downtown Bethlehem Association. “Until we can safely gather to celebrate the Vegan culture, practices, and sustainability, this is a great way for us to commemorate the festival for 2020.”

Vendors who wish to participate will be able to promote their products to the Vegan Community through social media and other marketing channels managed by the DBA. Webinars will also be scheduled throughout the week, including a live cooking demonstration from Jason Sizemore, owner/chef of Butterhead Kitchen, on Thursday September 3rd. Yoga and wellness classes with tutorial on building your own succulent garden will also be offered, and more. Festivities will conclude with a limited amount of tickets to a “Curious Vegan Trail” on September 5th, in Historic Downtown Bethlehem. This trail features various restaurants and shops offering 100% Vegan food, drinks and products.
