25+ Year Lehigh Valley LeTip Chapter Celebrates Growth, Returning Members, and Expanding Opportunities

Lehigh Valley, PA — A Lehigh Valley LeTip business referral chapter with more than 25 years of history is celebrating continued growth, the return of longtime members, and expanded opportunities for local professionals. The chapter now stands at 29 members strong, working toward its goal of 35 members this year.

Founded more than two decades ago, the chapter remains anchored by one of its original founding members, Loren Keim of Century 21, who holds the Commercial Real Estate seat. This is a testament to the longevity and strength of the relationships built within the organization.

This month, the group welcomed back a longtime member to its exclusive Handyman seat. Tom Young, owner of That Handy Dad, previously spent 18 years in the chapter, serving in multiple professional categories before stepping away three years ago.

“When professionals return after nearly two decades, it speaks volumes about the strength of our chapter and the referrals generated through long-term relationships,” said Ryan Blose, Chapter President and CPA of the group.

In addition, another longtime member, Rich Snyder, has returned to reclaim his Security seat after changing companies, reaffirming his commitment to the chapter in his new role.

The chapter is also welcoming a new Financial Planner, Jeff Lanscek of Milestone Financial, strengthening its financial services representation for both families and business owners throughout the region.

LeTip operates on a one-professional-per-category model, allowing members to hold the exclusive seat for their profession. Members meet weekly to exchange qualified referrals and build trusted partnerships.

While based in the Lehigh Valley, the chapter draws members from across the region, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Emmaus, and as far as Quakertown, reflecting a broad and connected professional network.

As the chapter continues its growth, several professional categories remain open, including:

  • Personal Injury Attorney
  • Roofing Contractor
  • Painting Contractor
  • Plumbing Contractor
  • Wills Trusts and Estates Attorney
  • Interior Designer
  • Residential Cleaner
  • Massage Therapist

Because LeTip operates on a one-professional-per-category model, guests are invited to visit only when their profession aligns with an open category. Interested professionals are encouraged to contact the chapter to confirm category availability and request an official guest invitation.

In addition to supporting its members through referrals, the chapter also serves as a trusted resource for the community. Local homeowners and business owners seeking established tradespeople and service professionals can view the chapter’s roster online and submit a contact request to be connected directly with a trusted member.
