Lehigh Valley, PA – Service Electric Cable TV & Communications proudly celebrated a remarkable milestone on December 10, 2025, honoring two longtime employees – Jeff Kelly and Joe Macus – for more than 50 years of dedicated service to the company. The celebration was held at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, a valued partner and cherished landmark in the community.
Family members of the honorees joined dozens of Service Electric employees for the event, underscoring the close-knit culture that has defined the company for generations. Special guests included Gloria Walson, wife of the late John Walson Jr., and John Walson III, current President of Service Electric, who delivered heartfelt tributes to both Kelly and Macus.

Founded 77 years ago, Service Electric continues to exemplify a culture of loyalty, commitment, and community. The company is proud to have 88 employees with more than 20 years of service—an extraordinary reflection of its strong values and close-knit workforce. Among these long-tenured team members, General Manager Jack Capparell and Construction Manager Darryl Reccek Sr. stand out with an impressive 60 years of service each.
