myHR Partner adds HR professionals to meet growing demand for outsourced HR services as pandemic ebbs

Team of HR professionals has more than doubled in past 18 months 

LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. – myHR Partner, a provider of customized HR outsourcing services to clients in 34 states – has hired Moira Grimes, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Dominick Carcinella, SPHR, as HR Managers and Amanda Decker as HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR services to the company’s expanding roster of clients.

“In the past 18 months, we’ve doubled the size of our team so we can continue to deliver top-notch, customized HR services to a growing client base as well as our existing clients,” said myHR Partner President and CEO Tina Hamilton. “HR needs like hiring management, retention and workplace culture are in even higher demand as we exit the pandemic. Increasingly, companies that don’t have the HR expertise and capacity are turning to us.”

Grimes brings more than 30 years of diverse HR experience to myHR Partner including roles in manufacturing and healthcare industries.  She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Carnicella has more than a decade of HR management and consulting experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and government. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), he holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management.

As HR Managers, Grimes and Carnicella assist clients with a broad range of HR specialties, including benefits, hiring management, employee relations and regulatory compliance.

Decker is responsible for supporting a variety of clients with administrative, payroll and hiring management needs. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Temple University.
