(Allentown, PA)– At the June 11th Rotary meeting seven Allentown non-profit organizations were recognized for receiving grant awards for this year’s Community Service grants.

Our Allentown Rotary Club and the Allentown Rotary Foundation are very pleased to be able to award grants each year to deserving non-profit organizations. These awards are made possible because of generous donations made to the Allentown Rotary Foundation by current and past members of our club.

The focus and funding priorities were on Basic Education & Literacy and Disease Prevention. Consideration was given to programs that offer services for food, shelter, education, and healthcare for children and adults living in the City of Allentown.
