Leo’s Pediatric Cancer Fund-Fest Is Set For Saturday, May 13th!

This family, friendly community event at the Schnecksville Fire Company will feature music, food, raffles and more to benefit a local pediatric cancer warrior and the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley (PCFLV).

ALLENTOWN, PA, May 8, 2023 – The public and the media are invited to attend Leo’s Pediatric Cancer Fund-Fest on Saturday, May 13th from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Schnecksville Fire Company. Proceeds from this event will benefit a local pediatric cancer warrior, Leo, and the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley (PCFLV).

Activities will include crafts and demos from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Live music will begin at 2:45 and continue until 8 p.m. Bands include the Noah Gibney Trio, Scott Marshall and the Highway Souls, New Normal and Reservoir Hill. Several different food trucks will be on hand throughout the day. From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., there will be a car show. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., a basket raffle will be conducted. Steinmetz Family Farm will be on site from 6 to 8 p.m. for “goat snuggling.”

“PCFLV is excited to be part of this wonderful event that features something for everyone,” said Tracy Stauffer, the Marketing, Community Relations and Development Coordinator at PCFLV. “Leo’s grandmother, Sharon Harring, has done a terrific job putting Leo’s Pediatric Cancer Fund-Fest together and we are so appreciative that they will donating a portion of the proceeds to us. We are looking forward to seeing lots of our supporters and friends throughout the day.”
