KidsPeace Names Ashley R. Calle VP of Development and Communications
SCHNECKSVILLE, PA (May 29, 2025) – KidsPeace announced that it has named Ashley R. Calle, M.A., M.S, J.D. to the position of Vice President of Development and Communications, effective immediately.
In this role, Ms. Calle will be responsible for managing KidsPeace’s fundraising, grants management, associate engagement and communications/creative services functions. She will also lead the efforts of the KidsPeace Foundation.
Ms. Calle succeeded Ann McCauley, who retired. She will report to KidsPeace President and CEO Michael Slack.

A native of New Jersey, Ms. Calle has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the College of Saint Elizabeth, as well as a master’s degree from New York University and a law degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Before joining KidsPeace she was communications manager at Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation, leading marketing and communications initiatives for the philanthropic arm of New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare network and its individual hospital foundations.
She also has served as director of American Skin Association, a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing research, championing skin health, and driving public awareness about skin disease.
Ms. Calle will be based at KidsPeace’s Administrative Services facility in Schnecksville, PA.
