Lehigh Valley, PA – Joshua Tree Experts is proud to announce its 20th anniversary this July, marking two decades of dedication to excellence in outdoor home services. From humble beginnings to a thriving multi-state presence, the company remains steadfast in its mission: to make home environments safe, healthy, and beautiful.
Founded in 2005 by Joshua Malik, Joshua Tree Experts began in a three-car garage in Hellertown, PA, with a single crew focused on general tree care for residential clients in Eastern PA. The foundational commitment to professionalism, safety, and client satisfaction was present from day one. Two of the original team members, Jeff Dietrich and Micah Lichtenwalner, remain with the company today, a testament to the enduring culture of hard work, continuous improvement, and teamwork. As demand grew, the business relocated to a commercial site in Stockertown, PA, in 2009, paving the way for significant service expansion. In 2017, the company launched its comprehensive lawn care services, followed by pest control in 2020, establishing its unique “3 businesses built into 1” model.
A new chapter began in 2021 with the launch of Joshua Tree’s Bucks and Montgomery county location as a franchise prototype. Later that year, the company officially began offering franchise opportunities. Leveraging strategic partnerships, including the Carpool program and later graduating to Franchise Fastlane, the #1 Franchise Sales Organization in the US, Joshua Tree Experts has seen remarkable expansion. Under the leadership of Dylan DeGroat, Director of Franchise Development, the brand successfully sold 50 territories and 18 franchise locations.
Today, Joshua Tree Experts operates two corporate locations, employs over 60 dedicated team members, and supports 18 franchise locations across the United States. The brand expects to sell an additional 4 locations by the end of this year, with growth set to accelerate further.
