By Kaitlin Wolfert
Something that sparked me to write: In our environment of information overload, I gravitate towards recommendations I get from people who are able to take complex information and share it in a way that is meaningful and people-centered. I aim to provide a similar deliverable through each Nourishing Notion. When I read, watch, listen to, or observe something that causes a “lightbulb moment,” I want to share that nugget with others to see if it resonates. Similarly, when I try a new recipe and it wows me, I want to share it with people who I know will appreciate the recommendation.
