Allentown, PA The Ortiz Ark Foundation proudly announces the election of a new President, Ms. Phoebe Harris, and the reappointment of Vice President Naquon “QB” Godfrey, who returns after a distinguished four-year term of impactful leadership and community engagement.
Ms. Phoebe Harris steps into the role with a legacy rooted in service, cultural advocacy, and excellence. A decorated community leader, she has received numerous prestigious honors, including:
- Presidential Awards and Citations
- Doleman Heritage Black Heritage Museum Honoree
- Proclamation and Recognition from the Mayor and City of Hagerstown
- Proclamation and Commendation from the United States Senator of Maryland
These accolades reflect her unwavering commitment to uplifting historically underserved communities and preserving Black heritage through education and action.
Returning to serve another term, Naquon “QB” Godfrey brings strength, continuity, and a heart for the people. He has been widely recognized for their devotion to service and positive community change, having received:
