West End Fair Hosts Sensory Day for an Inclusive and Calmer Fair Experience Tuesday, August 19
Gilbert, PA: The West End Fair is proud to continue its tradition of inclusivity with Sensory Day, happening Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert, PA.
Sensory Day offers a thoughtfully adjusted fair environment designed for individuals with sensory sensitivities. During this special two-hour period, the fairgrounds will feature reduced lights, sounds, and crowds to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests who may be overwhelmed by the typical fair experience.
Following the sensory-friendly hours, fairgoers can enjoy even more value with $5 admission from 2 PM to 4 PM. Ride wristbands will also be available for $20 with the donation of a canned food item that supports the local animal shelter.
Sensory Day is part of a week-long lineup of themed events and entertainment running August 17 through August 23. From live music and motor events to livestock exhibits and classic midway fun, the West End Fair offers something for everyone. Sensory Day helps ensure that the fun is accessible to all.
