ROCK LEGENDS URIAH HEEP COMING TO MUSIKFEST CAFÉ FEB. 20

BETHLEHEM, PA—British heavy metal icons Uriah Heep will rock SteelStacks when they perform Feb. 20, 7:30 p.m., at the ArtsQuest Center’s Musikfest Café presented by Yuengling, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem. Tickets for the concert are $32-$39 and go on sale Tues., Dec.5, 10 a.m., to ArtsQuest Members and Fri., Dec. 8, 10 a.m., to the public at www.steelstacks.org and 610-332-3378.

Known for classics like “Easy Livin’,” “Love Machine,” “Sunrise,” “July Morning,” “Gypsy,” “Sweet Lorraine,” “Bird of Prey” and “Circle of Hands,” Uriah Heep formed in late 1960s and released its debut recording, Very ‘Eavy, Very ’Umble, in 1970. The group rose to prominence on the strength of powerful recordings like Demons and Wizards, The Magician’s Birthday and Sweet Freedom, all of which went gold in the United States and made the Billboard Top 40.

Over the years, the band has produced 25 studio albums, as well as a number of live releases and compilations, selling 40 million records worldwide. Today, it continues to tour the world, performing to sold-out crowds across Europe, Canada, the U.S. and Japan.
